Upfront Payment

All orders must be PAID IN FULL before production begins.

  • Status to enter the queue: PAID + APPROVED
  • Approval = final artwork, quantities, sizes, and details confirmed.

Small Order Policy

Orders under $50

  • $10 minimum order fee + print cost
  • Covers setup, proofing, and handling time for smaller projects.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard production: 7–10 business days after your order is PAID and APPROVED with print-ready artwork.
  • Jobs are scheduled in the order they’re PAID and APPROVED.
  • Letting us know it’s “on the way” does not avoid a rush fee and does not hold your place.
  • Incomplete orders or missing artwork delay your spot in line.
  • Scope and complexity vary by job and can affect timing.

About Rush Fees

Rush service is available for an additional fee. Moving a project ahead of others often requires extra coordination, after-hours labor, and rescheduling. We’ll always do our best to help; last-minute timelines come with added cost so we can remain fair to customers already in the queue.

Artwork Requirements

  • If your artwork is not print-ready, a setup fee will apply at our discretion.
  • Print-ready = correct size, resolution, colors, and format for the chosen process.

Service Changes

We are no longer taking on labor-intensive personal projects such as cookbooks, photo albums, scrapbooks, or items that must be pieced together by hand, so we can focus on core apparel and print production.

One-Off T-Shirt Designs

Custom, one-of-a-kind design — starts at $45

  • Professional design/setup (30–45 minutes average)
  • Ink and material cost
  • Press setup and cleanup
  • Proofing and communication time

This reflects the true cost of creating a unique piece from scratch. Our expertise and time are valuable — thank you for respecting the process.

Online Stores & Team/Fundraising Collections

This policy does not affect online stores with artwork already approved and on file. For online store orders, setup is complete — store fees start at $25, and no additional art/design fees apply for the existing artwork.
